Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Use of the website
You may browse and reference this site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without written permission.
3. Services & deliverables
Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or contract. The terms there take precedence for that specific project.
4. Payments
Fees are charged as agreed in your proposal. Invoices are due within the stated period. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights to our pre-existing materials and methods. Upon final payment, final deliverables are licensed to you for the agreed use.
6. Booking terms
Project bookings are confirmed once a proposal is accepted and any deposit is received. Rescheduling with at least 7 days' notice is accommodated where possible. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
